Foundation laid for Blue Blazes Ranch

​​​​DRIPPING SPRINGS – ​​​Blue Blazes Development LLC, a subsidiary of Red River Waste Solutions​, has completed​​ site work on a 35-acre mixed-use center.

The project at 1601 US 290 will be called Blue Blazes Ranch. It will ​include an 83-room hotel, stores, medical clinics, office space, and commercial businesses. 

All but one of the 17 lots are ready for building construction. The final lot is a 12-acre site on top of a hill. ​​Lowden Excavating Inc., Denbow Utilities, Kaizen Engineering, and WWD Engineering assisted​​​​​ with site prep.
