CYPRESS – Chicago-based Waterton has purchased the 330-unit Carrington at Barker Cypress apartments.
The complex at 7202 Barker Cypress Rd. is the company’s first acquisition of 2018.
Built in 2007, the townhome-style property has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 830 to 1,567 sf.
Waterton now owns nearly 900 units in the Houston area.
