SEALY – HEB Grocery Co. has purchased over ten acres from Town Park Center for another Houston-area store.
The site is on the I-10 westbound frontage road at the future Town Center Dr., which, when completed, will connect to Rexville Rd.
About 20 miles west of Katy, the new H-E-B will have a pharmacy, fuel station, and car wash.
The 72-acre Town Park Center has other sites available, ranging from one acre to 15 acres.
