The Villages at Harmony’s new section opens

​​​​SPRING – Harmony, a Johnson Development Corp. master-planned community, has opened a new section—The Villages at Harmony. ​

Overall, Harmony spans 1,000 acres at Grand Pkwy. and Rayford Rd.

The Villages at Harmony has 694 homesites, and four homebuilders combined will offer 45 single-family and lifestyle townhome plans.

In spring 2018, six fully furnished model homes are scheduled to open, and new homes will be ready for immediate move-in.​

Plans have three to five bedrooms, and range from 1,424 sf to 3,270 sf.

Beazer Homes, Gehan Homes, and Lennar will create single-family homes starting from the $200,000s.

Chesmar Homes will offer lifestyle townhomes starting from the $190,000s.
