More than 900K sf leased at Park 20/360

​​​ARLINGTON – Four firms have leased more than 900,000 sf at Park 20/360.

Tellworks Communications has leased 722,733 sf of industrial space at the property at 4101 Research Blvd.

With the lease, Tellworks fully occupies Building 1 at the park.

Delivery of the four buildings in Phase 1 at Park 20/360 began in November 2017 and finalized in January 2018, with leases already signed for 71 percent of its 1.26 million sf.

Phase two construction begins soon and will provide an additional 360,000 sf across four buildings.

Park 20/360 is owned by Ridge—the industrial arm of Transwestern Development Company—and Invesco.​
