EL PASO – A three-story office building in the heart of Downtown has been purchased by a family real estate investment group that's also planning to build a small office building nearby.
Oro Investments LLC bought the 50-year-old building at 320 Texas Ave., which houses the Bank of Texas.
The building is across the street from the Wells Fargo building and the Bassett Tower, which is being turned into a hotel.
It is also next to the Blue Flame Building, which is being turned into apartments.
Bank of Texas has a ten-year lease on the building's ground floor.
The second floor has leased office space, and the third floor is vacant and available for office leasing.
