HOUSTON – Addison-based S2 Capital has purchased the 793-unit Brompton Court apartments from CMS Brompton Court LP.
The three-story, 717,000-sf property at 7510 Brompton Rd. was built in 1973. It suffered water damage during Hurricane Harvey last year.
JLL Capital Markets secured acquisition financing through Voya Investment Management LLC.
