Cadence McShane building Bearcat campus

​​​​SHERMAN – Cadence McShane Construction Co. is building a new 527,000-sf campus for Sherman High School.

Designed by VLK Architects, the project will include three main academic buildings, 2,000-seat and 800-seat stadiums, competition and practice gyms, baseball and softball fields, and a 50,000-sf fieldhouse. 

The campus will deliver in time for the 2020 school year. 

The project is being financed through a $176 million bond package approved by city voters in November 2017.
