ARLINGTON – Atlanta-based Tellworks Communications has leased 722,733 sf of industrial space at Park 20/360.
The firm’s new "superhub" occupies the entire Building 1 at 4101 Research Blvd.
Transwestern represented the landlord, a partnership between Ridge and Invesco Real Estate. CBRE represented Tellworks.
Park 20/360 is a 119-acre industrial park at the northwest corner of I-20 and SH 360. It will be 1.6 million sf when complete. Work will start on a 360,000-sf second phase soon.
