Ridge gains 29 acres for 477k-sf project

​​​​MISSOURI CITY – Ridge, the industrial development arm of Transwestern Development Co., has acquired 29 acres for a major industrial development. 

Ridge plans to break ground May 2018 on a 477,355-sf speculative industrial project, located at 611 S. Cravens Rd., with expected delivery in early 2019. 

The cross-dock project will have a 32-sf clear height, 129 dock doors, 58 trailer parking spaces, and 275 car parking spaces. 

Transwestern is leasing the project.
