BEDFORD – S2 Capital has acquired Oak Creek Apartments, a 464-unit apartment community located at 1611 Oak Creek Lane.
The 61-building property is one of the largest Class B communities in the suburban area between Dallas and Fort Worth, according to Transwestern Investment Group, which brokered the deal.
The renovation plan includes upgrading about 80 percent of the units’ interior finishes.
