SAN ANTONIO – Irving-based Pioneer National Resources is selling part of its Eagle Ford Shale acreage for $102 million.
Denver-based Sundance Energy Inc. is purchasing the 10,200 acres for around $10,000 an acre.
The land in Atascosa, LaSalle, Live Oak, and McMullen Counties produces 1,100 barrels of oil a day.
