Goodwill’s tangible interest in N Austin

​NORTH AUSTIN – Goodwill Central Texas signed a new lease in Heritage Crossing Building 5 at 2500 Scarbrough Dr.

Currently located in the same complex, Goodwill is leaving 95,270 sf in Building 1 and moving to a 107,780-sf space in Building 5 once completed.

Building 5 is currently under construction and is set to deliver late summer 2018.

In addition to the relocation, Goodwill has also extended its lease term.​

The facility will continue to serve as a Goodwill Distribution Center and Retail Outlet with expanded operations.
