HOUSTON – McCord Development has started on a luxury apartment project in its 4,000-acre Generation Park.
The 251-unit community, called 255 Assay Street Luxury Apartments, will include 17,000 sf of ground-floor retail. Units will range from 600-sf studios to 2,651-sf three-bedroom penthouses.
Leasing begins in March 2019 with move-ins expected to start that summer.
The community is the second vertical project to start in Redemption Square, a 52-acre mixed-use district within Generation Park.
Arch-Con Corp. is the general contractor. Looney Ricks Kiss is the design architect. Steinberg Design Collaborative LLP is the project architect.
