Museum District The Mondrian topped out

​​HOUSTON – The Mondrian, an eight-story condo project in the Museum District, has topped out. 

Located at 5104 Caroline St., The Mondrian has units ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 sf in size. 

Out of the 20 units starting at $1.5 million, 12 have been sold, and 11 units sold prior to breaking ground in 2017. 

Residents are expected to move in by September or October 2018.​
