​​​DALLAS – The Bailiwick and Tree Top, a two-property portfolio located in the Oak Lawn neighborhood has been sold.

The Bailiwick and Tree Top total 96 units, with 59 units at The Bailiwick and 37 units at Tree Top.

Sprawled across a total of 1.84 acres (80,150 sf), the properties have close proximity to Uptown, Downtown, and major thoroughfares.

The Bailiwick was constructed in 1972 and Tree Top in 1966.​​
