DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Check out some of DFW’s recent real estate deals.
Hotels/leisure
- Addison: The Intercontinental Dallas, located at 15201 Dallas Pkwy., has been purchased by Columbia Sussex.
Industrial
- Arlington: Farmer Brothers sold a 20,693-sf industrial building, at 722 E. Ave. H, to NKJV Entities LLC.
Multifamily
- Dallas: The Bailiwick and Tree Top Apartments on Bowser St. and Gilbert St., which total 96 units, have transferred hands.
Office
- Colleyville: Colleyville Square, a 21,617-sf office property and located at 6221 Colleyville Blvd., has been sold by Marcus & Millchap.
- Coppell: The Chase Bank tower, located on Denton Tap Rd., has been sold.
Retail
- Carrollton: WinCo Foods will open an 82,077-sf store on March 29, 2018, its 10th in North Texas.
