Called Indigo Ridge North, plans include:
- two hotels;
- 100,000 sf of retail;
- 50,000 sf of boutique office space;
- 270,000 sf of office space;
- 1,050 residential units;
- 120 high-rise residential units; and
- 47.8 acres of mixed-use with residential and non-residential options
Todd Madden, president of Thompson Morris Real Estate Development, says “when the development is built out it will be worth approximately $1 billion ... Cedar Park doesn’t have anything like this. Indigo Ridge will be a true mixed-use community and have a feel similar to the Domain.”
Indigo Ridge plans to break ground on the required infrastructure in July 2018.
