1M-sf distribution hub to southwest Dallas?

​​​​DALLAS – A more than 1 million-sf industrial project has been planned for the 82 acres on the south side of I-20 on Mountain Creek Pkwy.

The $52 million speculative warehouse project is just south of the Mountain Creek business park.

The developer, First Industrial Realty Trust, is asking the City of Dallas for a property tax abatement to help pay for the new distribution complex and attract business to the building.

First Industrial wouldn’t receive the economic incentives until half of the property is leased to tenants.​
