Crow Holdings buys grocery distribution center

​​​HOUSTON – Crow Holdings Industrial has purchased a 700,644-sf grocery distribution center on 70.2 acres at 10700 Telge Rd. 

The facility includes 517,500 sf of dry and perishable grocery warehouse space, 113,200 sf of frozen warehouse space, and 6,200 sf of office space. It was formerly leased to Randalls, a grocer owned by Idaho-based Albertsons. 

Binswanger represented the seller, Albertsons Cos. Crow Holdings was represented internally. 

The new owner plans to develop three more buildings on the site.​
