The Roll Up: 1,400 self-storage units to dot area

​​MISSOURI CITY, PEARLAND, SUGAR LAND – SurePoint Self Storage is developing three new self-storage facilities in the greater Houston area. 

The developers also opened a new facility in Richmond and Houston at Hwy. 290 and Barker Cypress Rd. 

Missouri City : 

• 67,000 rentable sf and 673 units will be located at the intersection of Sienna Pkwy. and Bees Creek Rd. 
• Construction will begin in summer 2018. 

Pearland: 

• 91,950 sf and 726 units will be located west of Hwy. 288 near the intersection of Broadway and Kirby Dr. 
• Construction is set to start in April 2018. 

Sugar Land: 

• 90,000 sf will be located at the intersection of Voss Rd. and Hwy. 6. 
• Work is scheduled to start in winter 2019.​
