SAN MARCOS – 29th Street Capital has acquired two student housing properties totaling 1,249 beds near Texas State University.
The Edge, at 1740 Old Ranch Rd. 12, and The Lodge, at 1975 Aquarena Springs Dr., total 431 units.
The buyer plans to invest over $4 million in the properties.
