CYPRESS – Several major developments are expected to wrap up in 2018 in a 45-acre sports and business complex on House and Hahl Rd.
New developments include InSPIRE Rock, a 15,000-sf indoor rock climbing gym, as well as a 52,000-sf multi-use sports center.
Plans for the site also include a three-story office and retail building that’s due to be finished in February 2019.
Tenants already open at the complex include Cypress Academy, six-Strings Music Academy, Ollin Athletics, Steppin Time Dance Studio, and a FINS swimming school.
