PASADENA – Slate Construction broke ground on Bayport III Phase II in southeast Houston.
The project being built at 4311 Malone Dr. consists of four buildings totaling 282,000 sf.
Work consists of a 207,000-sf cross-dock warehouse and three 25,000-sf crane-ready buildings.
Project completion is targeted in September 2018.
