Randalls 700,000-sf warehouse sold to Crow

​​HOUSTON – The former Randalls warehouse and distribution center in northwest Houston has been sold to Crow Holdings Industrial.

The company plans to expand the 70.24-acre property with three additional buildings, located​ in Aberdeen Business Park at 10700 Telge Rd.​

The property currently houses a single-story 700,644-sf freezer/cooler warehouse and distribution facility.

That includes 398,000 sf of grocery/dry warehouse space, 119,500 sf of perishable/cooler warehouse space, 113,200 sf of frozen warehouse space, and 6,200 sf of office space. ​
