AUSTIN – The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking bids for a property near one of the busiest intersections in town.
A 3.39-acre parcel at the southeast corner of N Lamar Blvd. and W Koenig Ln. is now up for grabs at $7.7 million.
Located at 5699 N Lamar Blvd, about 33,317 vehicles a day pass by the area on Lamar Blvd. and about 22,602 vehicles a day pass by on Koenig Ln.
The undeveloped property is zoned for commercial mixed-use.
