San Marcos student housing takeover

​​SAN MARCOS – Campus Advantage announced the addition of two properties, located in San Marcos, to its portfolio of managed student housing properties.

Located near Texas State University, The Edge and The Lodge bring 1,249 beds to their portfolio.

The Edge is a 173 unit, 553-bed, garden-style property including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans at 1740 Old Ranch Rd. 12.

The Lodge is a 258-unit, 696-bed property comprised of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans at 1975 Aquarena Springs Dr.

Campus Advantage’s newest student housing properties will leverage the company’s management capabilities and services which result in a nearly 97 percent occupancy rate.​​
