FORT WORTH – Renaissance Development will develop Quarry Falls, an 80-acre mixed-use project on an abandoned limestone quarry.

The $280 million project will be built around a lake with a beach and splash park. It will include:

  • condominiums and apartments;
  • two hotels totaling 300 rooms;
  • a Ferris wheel up to 135 feet tall;
  • a conference center;
  • restaurants and bars;
  • a 1,000-car parking lot; and
  • a 3,500-seat music venue.

Quarry Falls will be just north of Loop 820 between Meacham Airport and Saginaw. Old Decatur Rd. will be widened to four lanes with a traffic signal.
