MIDLAND – A site plan for an apartment complex at Briarwood Ave. and Holiday Hill Rd. has been approved.
The plan calls for 21 buildings containing 360 apartments, 625 parking spaces, 100 garages and amenities including an outdoor gaming area and barbecue pits.
The new complex is tentatively set to open in March 2019.
