Quadrant Investment Properties LLC purchased the high-rise Centrum building at Oak Lawn Ave. and Cedar Springs Rd. in 2015.

Since then the investor has given the 1980s office and retail project a total redo with changes to the exterior and inside updates.

In addition, the investors bought the 13-story Park Creek Place office building next door to add to the project.

The buildings are 80 percent leased and together have more than a half million sf of space.

The residential units on top of the tower are not included in the sale.
