SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio-based Kairoi Residential, only a few months after breaking off from The Lynd Co., has made what could be this market’s largest multifamily portfolio purchase of 2018.

The property included a 1,210-unit portfolio consisting of four area apartment complexes:

  • the 477-unit Parkvista,
  • the 188-unit Pearl Park,
  • the 304-unit Diamond Ridge, and
  • the 241-unit Somerset.

The portfolio was bought from Beverly Hills-based Omninet Capital.

The properties are on San Antonio’s West Side, with three near Northwest Loop 410 and the Medical Center and the Parkvista complex near Lackland Air Force Base.
