Cool! MAN Diesel & Turbo’s new 137K-SF HQ

​​​​​BROOKSHIRE – The business park at Twinwood has finalized its first agreement to bring MAN Diesel & Turbo to the 650-acre property.

Located between Woods Rd. and FM 1489, the business park is a new west Houston destination for research and development, distribution, and light manufacturing.

MAN Diesel & Turbo’s new North American headquarters, a 137,434-sf build-to-suit, will house 105,309 sf of air-conditioned service shop space and 32,125 sf of office space.

​The new plant is expected to employ 142 workers, and is slated to span one year, beginning in second quarter 2018.

The manufacturer will combine its two current operations in Houston and Deer Park in order to broaden its equipment servicing capabilities.
