San Antonio apartment portfolio sold

​​​SAN ANTONIO – ​​Locally based Kairoi Residential has purchased a four-property multifamily portfolio from California-based Omninet Capital.​​

The properties are:​

• ​the 304-unit Diamond Ridge North, built in 1976-78 at 5235 Glen Ridge Dr.;

• the 477-unit Parkvista Apartments​, built in 1986 at 5470 W. Military Dr.;

• the 188-unit Pearl Park, built in 1974 at 5100 NW Loop 410; and 

• the 241-unit Somerset Apartments, built in 1968 at 5335 NW Loop 410.

Institutional Property Advisors brokered the sale.​​​
