Oden Hughes starts on South Austin apartments

​​​​AUSTIN – Oden Hughes LLC has broken ground on a 300-unit luxury multifamily community at​ 135 Foremost Dr.

​​It will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom​ apartments and two-bedroom townhomes across 14.6 acres. Rents will range from $1,127 ​​to $2,000​ a month. ​

The project will open in 2019.
