CONROE, HUMBLE, PASADENA, SUGAR LAND – In November 2017, Target Corp. unveiled its first-ever newly designed store in Richmond in Fort Bend County.
By the end of spring 2018, greater Houston will have a few more next-generation Target stores:
- Conroe: remodeling underway at 2018 at 503 I-45;
- Humble: 150,000-sf reopened in February 2018 at 20777 Hwy. 59 North;
- Pasadena: remodeled at 5757 Fairmont Pkwy.; and
- Sugar Land: remodeled at 16300 Southwest Fwy.
The average investment cost for the changes ranges between $5 million and $10 million per store.
Renovated stores have two distinct entrances, curbside space for grocery pickup, enhanced merchandise presentations, new lighting fixtures, and an updated food and beverage area.
