​​McKINNEY – Here is a quick look of some of the city’s ongoing developments.

Davis at the Square

Construction on this mixed-use development located at the southeast corner of Davis St. and Tennessee St.

Upon completion, the nine-acre Davis at the Square site will have 330 apartment units and 20,100 sf of retail space.

Ridgeview Townhomes

This residential development, located at the northeast corner of McKinney Ranch Pkwy. and Ridge Rd., will consist of 91 townhomes and 17 common areas, and is expected to open by the end of 2018.

SpringHill Suites Dallas McKinney

The Marriott hotel, located at 2660 S. Central Expressway, will provide 135-rooms and will be open by mid-June 2018.

Independent Bank

This $52 million, six-story headquarters will be the city’s tallest building and will house between 1,100-1,300 employees.​
