‘When Opportunity Knocks’ door opens at One Northwind Plaza

HOUSTON – SkyWalker Property Partners has acquired One Northwind Plaza, a 141,480-sf office building, for one of its managed funds, When Opportunity Knocks LLC.

Located at 7600 W. Tidwell Rd. in the Fairbanks-Northwest Crossing submarket​, the Class B mid-rise property’s occupancy is 66 percent.

The new owners will invest more than $1 million in capital improvements to the property.

Improvements will include new HVAC chiller units, a new roof, and renovated and updated interior common areas.​​
