96-Unit The Wilshire almost sold out

​HOUSTON – Pelican Builders Inc.’s project The Wilshire, a 96-unit luxury condominium tower, is 13 units away from being completely sold out.

The 17-story building is located at 2049 Westcreek Ln., and offers guest suites, two lounges, and two- to three-bedroom floor plans.

Units range in size from 1,392 to 3,561 sf, and in price from $800,000 to $3 million.

In addition, there will be a 25,000-sf outdoor patio with outdoor pool, cabanas, and a kitchen.
