The brick building includes four floors of office space atop ground-floor retail, which includes a restaurant with subterranean prep-kitchen and a 5,000-bottle wine cellar and a six-deck bread oven, as well as the urban-style, 2,5000-sf market.

The exterior of the 60-year-old building has nearly 30,000 blue and white mosaic tiles featuring a design by Cuban-American artist and sculptor Jorge Pardo.
