AUSTIN – Ramrock Real Estate LLC of Dallas has purchased the YETI headquarters at 7601 Southwest Pkwy. on the city’s southwest side. The two Class A office buildings total 168,923 sf.
Completed in 2017, the property is fully leased to YETI, a designer, marketer and distributor of premium products for the outdoor and recreation market. The building is awaiting LEED Silver certification.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Lincoln Property Company, and procured the buyer.
