Upon completion, the cold storage facility will have the ability to accommodate a wide range of uses, including a freezer, cooler, food processing, and grocery distribution. The building has the ability to accommodate a single tenant or two tenants by breaking up the building in two 150,000-sf units, or a 200,000-sf unit and a one 100,000-sf unit. Construction on the facility, which will include 45-foot clear heights, will take nine months after the project begins.
