196,000-SF industrial park to W. Hardy Rd.

​​​SPRING – The first building in Old Town Spring Business Park, 27335 West Hardy Rd., will be completed in late 2018.

The 196,000-sf industrial business park will consist of four 49,000-sf buildings, according to RYOAK Real Estate Group​.

The buildings will have a variety of individual suite sizes for office and warehouse space. 

The site was chosen in part because of a Harris County road construction project that will realign Riley Fuzzel and Spring Stuebner roads and make the location more accessible, as well as the site’s proximity to Grand Parkway, Hardy Toll Road and I-45, said listing broker Lisa Nicke​

The park will also feature security gates and cameras, 500 parking spaces, and will be accessible by semi tractor-trailers. ​​
