​​What is expected: the developers of Solms landing are working to bring amenities to New Braunfels that will offer a more luxurious multigenerational lifestyle. Solms landing is made up of: 98 acres, 10 airstream food court trailers, 510 rooftops, 1400 jobs, 60 single family residential plots approved, 295,000 sf of retail space, 2 planned hotels, 300,000 sf of Class A office space, and housing options as low as $250K. So far, Solms Landing is a $250M project.NEW BRAUNFELS – High-density mixed-use developments that incorporate residential, office, commercial and retail space are gaining popularity in growing communities.

The “live, work, play” concept is also catching on in New Braunfels.

The developers of Solms Landing, a 98-acre mixed-use development located on FM 306 between I-35 and FM 1101, are in the planning stage to offer “a more luxurious multigenerational lifestyle” to New Braunfels.

The development could add 510 rooftops, 1,400 jobs, two hotels and 295,000 sf of retail space, which will have a substantial economic boost to the community.

​The homes within Solms Landing will include Craftsman-style modern farmhouses with large porches and metal roofs, and will be priced beginning at $250,000.
