Sales:

• ​Arlington: A 82,600-sf office/warehouse building at 2810 Ave. E within the Great Southwest Industrial District has been purchased by Holtgrove LLC.

• Carrollton: A 37,746-sf industrial property at 1730 Briercroft Court has been sold to ZM Briercroft II LLC.

• Dallas: A 38,500-sf industrial building at 1900 Lone Star Dr. has been purchased by Stonelake Capital Partners.

• Dallas: Quail Hollow apartments, a 120-unit property at 9666 Scyene Rd., has changed hands.

• Hutchins: 11-acre tract near the northwest corner of I-45 and East Wintergreen Rd. has been purchased.

Leases:

• Carrollton: Questar Solutions LLC leased 26,600 sf of industrial space at 1700 Vantage Rd.​
