Saint Nicholas School books 47 acres

​​​​HOUSTON – The development of Saint Nicholas School’s new campus is underway. 

Taeken Ltd. purchased roughly 47 acres for a 30-year-old pre-K to eighth-grade school. ​

A new 38,000-sf school, gym, chapel, and playing fields are planned on roughly 25 acres. 

The remaining 20 acres will be available for development. 

Saint Nicholas will vacate its current 18,000-sf space at 1920 North Braeswood Blvd. in 2018 once the new campus is complete.

The new campus is located at South Main St. and Jethro St., and project completion is expected June 2019.​
