​​​​​​HOUSTON – HFF has negotiated the $70.5 million​ sale of Brookhollow Central I, II, and III. 

The three-building, Class A office portfolio totals 806,541 sf on ten acres in Houston’s North Loop submarket. 

Brookhollow Central I, II, and III are located at 2800, 2900, and 2950 North Loop West. ​

Each building has been institutionally owned and maintained.

Brookhollow Central I was completely rebuilt in 2014, and received nearly $16 million in improvements.
