HOUSTON – TIER REIT Inc. is under contract to sell the Loop Central office complex near Loop 610.
The 575,000-sf project is 84 percent leased. The REIT purchased it in 2007. The three buildings were delivered between 1980 and 1982.
The deal is expected to close in first quarter 2018.
