Dan Hatfield named Texas Realtor of the Year

COMFORT – Dan Hatfield of Farmers National Company was named 2017 Texas Realtor of the Year by the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) at its annual winter meeting on Feb. 12.

Hatfield’s 35 years of industry experience includes serving as chairman of TAR in 2014, president of the Bandera County Board of Realtors in 1993 and 1998, and national president of the Realtors Land Institute in 2010.

He partnered with former Real Estate Center Research Attorney Judon Fambrough on "Navigating Watershed Changes," a research article in the October 2016 issue of Tierra Grande magazine. 

The award is the highest honor bestowed by TAR.
