Hillwood hunting for tenants for new office project

​​​DALLAS – Hillwood Urban is developing 2601 Victory Avenue, a 15-story, 350,000-sf ​​​office tower in Victory Park.

The tower will be on Hillwood’s 8.4-acre plot near the development’s DART rail station. ​​​​It is across the street from the American Airlines Center. 

Designed by BOKA Powell, the project will include parking in the rear and a one-acre park between the building and the DART station.

Hillwood is seeking tenants for the planned tower.
