1,040 Kaufman acres under contract

​​​​KAUFMAN – ​The Wynne family is selling 1,040 acres of their 2,500-acre ranch.

The developer ​​​plans to build the city’s first master-planned community on the site, which includes an 800-acre ranch and a 240-acre hunting tract along Kings Creek.

Range Realty Advisors marketed​ the land for the Wynne family, which has owned it since the Battle of San Jacinto​​​ in 1836.
